Honza is the leader of the Sport Academy team, manager and coach. He gives his colleagues the coaching and managerial experience he has gained since 2002 in the international chain such as World Class, Holmes Place, Four Seasons Hotels, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and Sokolovna Průhonice.

This mix of successful adult experiences, which I see more often in tracksuits and swimsuits than business suits, and the pure look of the world of children is still learning and enriching me."
 
When sport is an integral part of life, it gives a lot of pleasure and it helps to get rid of the worry - it could be a nice rhyme, but for me it is a piece of truth that I have verified myself for years.
 
In the past year, I have earned my sporting experience, and after a few half-marathons, marathons and shorter triathlons, I have started the race on the long triathlon distances and on my 34th birthday, I became IRONMAN in Zurich and I'm training on further challenges. "
